Description of CFI:	The Food and Health Project offers practical healthy eating and lifestyle courses to groups cooking on a lower income. Courses offered include Healthy Food Made Easy a peer led nutrition education programme for Adults living on a lower income; Able 2 Cook 4 Health a lay led nutrition education programme for adults with intellectual disabilities; Cool Dude Food programme a lay led nutrition education programme for young people (10-14yrs); Heart Health programme a 3 session peer led education programme facilitated as a follow up to HFME with an introduction to heart health nutrition, stress management and physical activity.
